We've got news on two now-former IU players (well, one former, one now-former, but I'll get to that).

First off, Josh Phegley has agreed to terms with the Chicago White Sox, according to the Chicago Tribune. Phegley is said to receive an $800,000 signing bonus, and he will in all likelihood be headed to the one of Chicago's Rookie League affiliates -- Great Falls, Mon., most likely -- again according to reports.

Second, a reputable source told me the Orioles have signed Chris Hervey, formerly on patrol in the Sembower outfield, to a free agent contract as a pitcher. So Hervey will try his hand, quite literally, at pro ball as well.
