Arnett agrees to terms

I just got off the phone with Eric Arnett, who has agreed to terms with the Milwaukee Brewers. He'll head to Milwaukee tomorrow, then Helena, Mont., to begin his Major League career.

Got in touch with O'Gara, who said the Marlins are taking the draft-and-follow approach with him this summer, meaning they'll track his progress through summer ball (he's playing for the Cincinnati Steam). That will give them a better indication of how they see him, since he served in several roles -- starter, long reliever, set-up man, etc. -- for IU this year.
