The IU women's basketball team came up short against Iowa, 69-67 in Iowa City tonight. Down 14 with 3:58 the Hoosiers made a run and cut the lead to 2 with 34 seconds left. The loss drops the Hoosiers to tied for 4th place in the conference. OSU, Minnesota and Michigan State tied for 2nd and IU tied with Purdue for 4th.

Hoosiers were lead by Braun with 21, Roberson with 16, and Thomas with 15. Thomas added 7 rebounds and now is 10 boards away from becoming only the second player in the history of the program to record 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in her career.

Hoosiers loose consecutive games in the Big Ten for the first time this season. It will be interesting to see how they respond back at home on Sunday against Illinois.
