"They are all big wins." That's what Felisha Legette-Jack told me after I congratulated her after a win earlier in the season. Although I did not congratulate her after the Hoosiers (13-3, 6-1), 71-57, win over in-state rival Purdue (12-6, 5-2) I'm sure she would say this one was a little bit bigger then others. Anyway this win puts IU at 6-1 in the Big Ten Conference and tied with Ohio State atop of the league.

As for Purdue coach and former IU coach, Sharon Versyp, she definitely seemed upset during the press conference about the outcome of the game. In fact, she made a point on two occassions to talk about the three calls in the second half that went against the her Boilermakers. She went as far to say those calls were the one's that benefitted IU enough that Purdue couldn't overcome. When I asked Coach Versyp she declined to say exactly which calls where the one's that were in doubt.
