Here is another story posted online from our annual basketball guide from a few weeks back.

As the headline hints, this feature is about the Hoosiers' 1969-1970 season, the worst year record-wise since the program joined the Big Ten. '69 was also the year Jerry Oliver took over in the interim for former IU head coach Lou Watson. It was also the season George McGinnis and Steve Downing roamed IU's campus as freshmen spectators.
