Since there's no 13th game this season, the younger guys must get time in the next two games. I understand IU will compete against powerhouse Penn State and rival Purdue, but its time to put the young guns into tough bouts. After all, you want IU to emulate its peers' successes, don't you?
Lynch has to call more plays for wide receivers Demarlo Belcher and Tandon Doss. With all the injuries in the secondary, we'll definitely see some of the newbies. But I want to see a revamped offense more than anything
These are two experimental games for IU. I don't care if the Hoosiers lose 55-0 to Penn State. If some freshman or sophomore looks promising against PSU or Purdue for that matter, then there's reason to believe the future might be different than 2008.
What would you do in these last, two games? Stay the course and keep with the plan? Or change things up and experiment?
I say, keep your starters in to stay close, but give the young guys more time than they've been getting. What do you think?
