Tuesday's practice was anything but normal.

If a wide receiver dropped a pass, the whole team had to do up-downs. If a defender missed a read, he had to do up-downs. It was up-downs galore.

Chappell was the number one quarterback at practice 'cause Lewis is hurt. It seems he's on the same page with his receivers despite splitting time under center. Andrew Means, to me, looked the best at wide receiver.

Lynch was more fired up today than I'd ever seen him. He, like some of the assistants, was screaming at his players and was very authoritative. And I think that's what the struggling Hoosiers need.

If you were the coach, how would you keep your guys motivated after dropping 4 straight games?
