CollegeHoops.net, a site I know nothing about, isn't putting too much weight on IU's rebuilding process or Purdue's resurgence last season.
In their "State of '08" coverage of Indiana, the site has IU as the best program in the state. Purdue, for the record, is fourth behind Notre Dame and Butler.
"While Indiana will surely struggle this year, and probably next as well, you still have to figure in time the Hoosiers will regain their place on top of the state's basketball pyramid."
