9:23 p.m. - Got a press release about Means. He's headed to Billings, Mont., to join the Reds' rookie-league team.

Hey folks, Just came across this from the Canadian Press, which says - among other things - that the Rangers have agreed to terms with Tyler Tufts, thus ending his time at IU.
There had been speculation here and elsewhere as to whether Tufts would sign this year. He was a 38th-round pick of Texas.
