D.J. White is on one of four covers of Sports Illustrated this week promoting college basketball rivalries. White is pictured with Illinois' Shaun Pruitt. This new "rivalry" is because of Eric Gordon de-committing from Illinois and signing with IU last year.
In other news, national signing day is tomorrow. IU target Kevin Jones, a 6ft 7in forward from New York, ranked No. 77 in the class of 2008 by recruiting service www.rivals.com, is set to decide tomorrow between UMass, Pitt, IU and West Virginia. His brother told the IndyStar Kevin has not made a decision yet, but the chatter is he is leaning towards Pitt.
