Just got back from the track after a great day of racing. Kappa Delta won the women's race with ease after sneaking away from the pack with about 30 laps to go.

Teter out-sprinted Kappa Alpha Theta for second place. Cycledelics and Kappa Kappa Gamma rounded out the top-five.

There were a few crashes, but none that really helped determine the outcome of the race. Theta crashed in the first few laps, but quickly recovered to be one of the race leaders all day.

The rest of the field seemed not to notice KD getting further and further ahead until it was too late. With 20 laps remaining, KD all but won the race. They executed perfect exchanges and kept themselves safe until the finish line.

Check Monday's IDS for further coverage. The men's race starts tomorrow at 2pm at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
