The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that top high school recruit Derrick Rose will announce his decision on Nov. 4. Derrick visited Illinois this past weekend with his brother Reggie, who confirmed the date of the announcement. Rose is the No. 3 recruit in the 2007 class according to Rivals.com and has previously said that his list of college choices is narrowed down to Memphis and IU.
