The City of Bloomington issued a precautionary boil water advisory due to scheduled maintenance from 5 a.m. Tuesday to 11 a.m. Wednesday for 23 addresses on East 11th Street, East 12th Street, North Park Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue.
The affected addresses are:

- 708 E. 11th St.
- 715 E. 11th St.
- 716 E. 11th St.
- 718 E. 11th St.
- 723 E.11th St.
- 802 E. 11th St.
- 804 E. 11th St.
- 806 E. 11th St.
- 821 E. 11th St.
- 822 E. 11th St.
- 823 E. 11th St.
- 822 E. 12th St.
- 713 N. Park Ave.
- 714 N. Park Ave.
- 715 N. Park Ave.
- 721 N. Park Ave.
- 805 N. Park Ave.
- 725 N. Woodlawn Ave.
- 805 N. Woodlawn Ave.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management mandates a boil water advisory when water pressure drops below 20 psi in the water main. Those affected by the advisory should follow these instructions:
- Immediately after your normal water pressure is restored, run cold water from a sink or tub until clear water flows from the faucet.
- Boil all water used for drinking, cooking and oral hygiene for at least five minutes prior to consumption.
- It is not necessary to boil water for other uses.
