Two men reportedly stole $1,222 of perfume and cologne Wednesday night from Ulta Beauty in College Mall, Bloomington Police Department Capt. Ryan Pedigo said.
Managers checked surveillance footage after the men held up their middle fingers while exiting the store. One man formed his fingers in the shape of a firearm and made a shooting gesture to a manager.
The video showed two black men go to the fragrance section and put multiple boxes of perfume and cologne into bags they were carrying. They were wearing black pants and dark blue shirts.
