Four women reportedly steal $700 worth of clothing from Victoria’s Secret

A group of women between the ages of 25 and 40 reportedly stole $700 worth of clothing Monday from the Victoria’s Secret on East Third Street.

The store manager reported the four women stole six pairs of glitter leggings and six T-shirts, Bloomington Police Department Sgt. Jason Shaevitz said. The manager told police the store wasn’t interested in pursuing charges.

The women appeared to be shopping when they entered the store, the manager told police, but an employee saw the women putting clothing in bags they were carrying with them.

The women ran from the store when confronted, the manager told police, leaving behind hangers and price censors.
