Bloomington High School North reports second incident of anti-Semitic vandalism

Bloomington High School North staff called police Friday to report a second instance of anti-Semitic vandalism in their school this month.

Violent, anti-Semitic sayings were found written in black pen in a stall in the men’s restroom.

BPD Sgt. Shane Rasche said police are investigating the incident.

BHSN found similar vandalism Jan. 9, with similar anti-Semitic phrases and the letters “KKK” written on bathroom walls.

After the first incident, the high school’s principal, Andrea Mobley, told parents in an email that security and faculty would be monitoring restrooms frequently.
