The IU bus X Route has been renamed this year to the W Route in reference to the newly refinished Woodlawn Avenue, said Samantha Ainsworth, operations supervisor at IU Campus Bus Service.
Although the route and schedule will be similar to the X Route, some new stops have been added. These stops include: Woodlawn and 11th, Luddy Hall, Seventh and Woodlawn, 10th and Woodlawn, Collins, Woodlawn and Cottage Grove, Luddy Hall, and the original stops at IU Auditorium and the IMU.
The White Lot Stadium Shelter is the only location where passengers will be picked up from Memorial Stadium, however, after 7 p.m. the bus will pick up passengers at the Purple Lot, located northwest of the stadium.
