Eleven thefts from motor vehicles were reported to the Bloomington Police Department on Sunday, and nine of them were located around the geographical center of the intersection of Third and High streets, Lt. Brad Seifers said.
All of the vehicles were reportedly locked and their windows were broken to gain entry.
The BPD has determined the thefts occurred sometime between midnight on Saturday and 4 a.m. Sunday. Loose change was taken from the vehicles, Lt. Seifers said. The cases are active.
