All three counts were with regard to the same restraining order of a local woman, Sgt. John Kovach said.
The arrest was made at the Monroe County Public Library at 303 E. Kirkwood Ave. The woman called the Bloomington Police Department three times that evening, first at 5:51 p.m., then at 6:30 p.m. and finally at 7:02 p.m., according to the police report.
Hunter does not have a permanent address, Sgt. Kovach said.
His crime is a Class A misdemeanor, according to the jail booking file.
