The event is meant to highlight the achievement of female athletes and will include a variety of activities, including an IU Varsity Sports Clinic and a Family Festival.
All activities lead up to the noon tipoff, beginning with registration at 9:30 a.m. inside Gladstein Fieldhouse. The clinic is scheduled from 10-11 a.m., and athletes from IU’s field hockey, volleyball, rowing, women’s soccer and cheerleading programs will participate.
The Family Festival will begin at 10:30 a.m. and last until game time. It will take place inside the South Lobby of Assembly Hall, where interactive booths from local businesses will be set up. The festival will include face painting and free caricature sketches, as well as autographs from IU athletes at the event.
At the conclusion of the celebration, the Hoosiers will play the Cornhuskers on Branch McCracken Court.
All activities are free of charge with a ticket to ?the game.
