A 20-year-old male reported a sexual assault Tuesday. The man said in the report that he was sexually assaulted by another male Friday, Jan. 2.
According to the report, the two men met each other during the day Jan. 2 and the victim was sexually assaulted later that day. He waited to call the police until a contact encouraged him to make a report.
The assault occurred in the downtown area, ?according to the report.
The investigation is ?active and ongoing.
