Hulls, a 6-foot guard who played at IU from 2009-13, spent last season with Energa Czarni Slupsk in the Polish Tauron Basket Liga.
He appeared in 32 games with the club, averaging 12.7 points and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 40.9 percent from 3-point range.
In his four years at IU, all spent playing significant minutes, Hulls appeared in 135 games, averaging 9.8 points and 2.7 assists per game.
A four-year starter, the Bloomington native was a key member of IU’s back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in 2012-13.
During his final season as a Hoosier, Hulls was named an honorable mention for the All-Big team by both the coaches and the media.
Known for his outside shooting, Hulls was second in the Big Ten in three-point percentage during his senior season.
