A 25-year-old woman was reportedly kissed and undressed by an unknown man while walking to a friend's house late Monday evening, Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider said.
The woman was with a friend at Yogi's Grill & Bar when she left to go to another friend's house several blocks away near Eighth and Lincoln Streets.
Suddenly, she said, an unknown man approached her from behind and the next thing she knew she was on a porch with the man kissing her neck and undressing her.
She shoved the man to get away and called a male friend to pick her up. The friend later notified police early Tuesday morning.
The man was described as being about 5-foot-10, white and with short light-colored hair.
A detective was assigned to the case, but as of late Tuesday morning, the woman did not want the investigation pursued further.
