6-year-old girl missing from Jennings County

A Jennings County girl and her mother have reportedly been missing since 10 a.m. Monday.

Hannah Wahlman, six, was last seen with her mother, Rachel King Wahlman, who was driving a dark green 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo, according to a missing person poster being distributed by family members.

It remains unclear where the pair were driving to. Jennings County is located about 60 miles southeast of Bloomington.

Hannah is described as being 3 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 50 pounds. She is missing her lower front baby tooth and "has strikingly blue eyes."

Wahlman is described as being 5 feet five inches tall, weighing 135 pounds and often sporting a bandana.

Anyone with information about either Wahlman or Hannah is encouraged to call the Jennings County Sheriff's Department at 812-346-8642 or 911.
