Three die in crash on Victor Pike

Three individuals not yet identified were found dead at the scene of a car crash just before midnight Monday on South Victor Pike.

Capt. Kenneth Barnes of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office said officers found the vehicle on fire upon arrival. They have determined the car missed a curve while headed southbound, striking a tree.

Barnes said the office is working with Monroe County Nicole Meyer to identify the three deceased.
