Two men walking on Seventh Street at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday had a conflict with one another.
IU Police Chief Keith Cash said Craig Sheely, 22, who was visiting Bloomington from Amboy, Ind., argued with a 23-year-old male student. After fighting verbally, Sheely allegedly made the altercation physical, Cash said.
The student suffered injuries but did not require medical treatment, Cash said. Sheely was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
