An 18-year-old female IU student reported to the IU Police Department on Monday that a male acquaintance had sex with her after she told him to stop.
The incident unfolded in her Foster Quad dorm room on Feb. 15, according to IU Police Chief Keith Cash.
The suspect is 20 years old and not an IU student, Cash said.
