The IUSA Congress is comprised of five committees. These committees will
have the power to adopt resolutions through member sponsorship, with or
without the assistance of the IUSA executive branch.
Congressional Affairs
Reviews congressional resolutions as well as budgetary and financial actions of IUSA as a whole
Student Affairs
Considers all resolutions pertaining to individual and campus safety, general health and recreational activities
State Affairs
Considers resolutions about rights and equality for IU students as well
as general concerns on individual, campus, state and national issues
University Affairs
Reviews resolutions pertaining to computing resources, quality of
academics and faculty, classroom facilities and campus improvement
Sustainability Affairs
Considers resolutions concerning the environment at IU and in
Bloomington, covering student and University practices and other
pertinent environmental issues
