Police address Smallwood search

Bloomington Police held another press conference today regarding missing student, Lauren Spierer.

Lt. Bill Parker confirmed that they had served a search warrant and that Smallwood had requested that they get a warrant.

Parker said a Smallwood employee on the scene would not open the door when asked.

The employee did not give police a reason for why he or she denied them access, Parker said.
