The Campus Recreational Sports annual Step into Fitness Program will take place May 30 to July 29. All IU faculty and staff are eligible for this program.
Participants in this free self-guided program are encouraged to increase the amount of exercise in their daily routines through walking. The program offers free pedometers, food trackers, and weekly e-mails from Campus Recreational Sports staff with inspiration and information.
The nine-week program is having a kick-off event, with health services and information, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. May 25 in the IU Auditorium Foyer.
Registration is available online from May 16 to June 3 at http://www.iurecsports.org/step_into_fitness or at the tables set up at the times and locations listed below.

Monday:
Noon to 1 p.m. in the Kelley School of Business
1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs
Tuesday:
1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Wells Library
Wednesday:
Noon to 1 p.m. in Jordan Hall
1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Jacobs School of Music
Thursday:
Noon to 1 p.m. in the UITS Wrubel Computing Center
1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Integrated Science and Accelerator Technology Hall
