Graduate, undergraduate commencement ceremonies to occur this weekend

All of the commencement ceremonies will be located in Assembly Hall.

Graduates are to arrive at Gladstein Fieldhouse 90 minutes before the ceremony. Friends and family will not be permitted to accompany students, who will be directed to their specific school locations to form the procession. Graduates should not bring umbrellas, briefcases or any other personal items.

There are neither tickets nor seat reservations for the ceremony. It is recommended that attendees
arrive early.

Guests in wheelchairs should call 812-855-9260 or email ceassist@indiana.edu to request seating and wheelchair parking passes. Because of limited seating, only one member of the party may accompany the wheelchair user. Other members of the party must go to general seating.

Parking for students unaccompanied by friends or family: Gladstein Fieldhouse at Gate 12
Public parking: Gates 5, 6 and 8
Handicapped parking and limited mobility
drop-offs: Gate 4.
Parking for wheelchair users: Gate 13.

All ceremonies will last about 90 minutes.

Graduate Ceremony
3 p.m., Friday, May 6

First Undergraduate Ceremony
Schools: Business; Education; Health, Physical Education and Recreation (HPER); Music; Nursing; School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA); Social Work
10 a.m., Saturday, May 7
Assembly Hall
Speaker: Patricia Miller- co-founder of Vera Bradley, former Indiana Secretary of Commerce and chief executive officer of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation

Second Undergraduate Ceremony

Schools: College of Arts and Sciences, Continuing Studies, Informatics and Computing, Journalism, Optometry
3 p.m., Saturday, May 7
