Summary: Provides that, for purposes of the public intoxication statute, a person is not in a public place or place of public resort if the person is a passenger in a motor vehicle that is traveling on a highway.

The Military ID Bill (Bill No. 449)

Summary: Provides that an identification document issued by the U.S. Department of Defense, a branch of the uniformed services, the Merchant Marine or the National Guard that has no expiration date or an indefinite expiration date is acceptable proof of identification for voting.
