Pepsi Refresh grant attainable for ZTA’s ‘Big Man on Campus’

When Zeta Tau Alpha’s Big Man on Campus application was finally nominated for a Pepsi Refresh grant in August in the $25,000 category, the sorority’s members had to aggressively spread the word to solicit enough votes.

“We knew at the end of the month that it was going to be pretty hard to get into the top ten,” junior and ZTA philanthropy chair Kalina Dalecki said.

Although the sorority came in 34th place, their chance to win has been renewed. All charities ranked 100th or higher at the end of each month are automatically re-entered for another chance to win grant money.

Votes have been reset, and Zeta is currently ranked 59th.
