Bloomington man faces preliminary charge of incest

Charles S. Hazelbaker, age 53, faces a preliminary charge of incest after allegedly having intercourse with a relative of his since she was 15 years old, according to a probable cause affidavit from BPD Detective Richard Kruzan.

The  victim, now age 23, reported Hazelbaker would at times physically force her, strike her with his fist and choke her.  BPD also found nude photos of the victim on Hazelbaker’s computer.

He is being held in Monroe County Jail for preliminary charges of incest, a B felony, and sexual misconduct with a minor, a B felony, according to the
affidavit.
