The Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department is looking for one person to serve a two-year term on the Farmers’ Market Advisory Council.
The FMAC advises the city in matters concerning the City of Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market. The FMAC is comprised of nine regular members, four of whom represent Farmers’ Market vendors and five of whom represent Farmers’ Market consumers.
Meetings are held at 5 p.m. on the third Monday of every month in City Hall, located at 401 N. Morton St. in Bloomington.
Special consideration will be given to applicants who represent downtown businesses and organizations.
Applications can be found at www.bloomington.in.gov/parks and are due by 5 p.m. on Feb. 1 in the Parks and Recreation
office.
