Brooks & Dunn give long goodbye

"#1s ... and Then Some"

Since their start in 1991, Brooks & Dunn have garnered the respect of country music fans everywhere, earning honors like Country Music Association Vocal Duo of the Year 13 times and CMA Entertainer of the Year once in 1996.

Their final album,  “#1’s ... and Then Some,” is nothing short of an eclectic culmination of almost 20 years in country music.

With songs from every year and style, this final album leaves nothing from Brooks & Dunn’s legacy untouched.

Quench nostalgia with classics such as “Neon Moon” and “My Maria” while rocking out to their more notable dabbles in country rock such as “Hillbilly Deluxe.”

For fans of their faith-based side, there’s “Believe,” and for those new to Brooks & Dunn, there’s their more recent hit, “Indian Summer.”

Although some may fear that this final note in Brooks & Dunn’s legacy may be too reminiscent of more recent compilations, I’d say this final collection is perfect for “The Long Goodbye.”
