Nazi-U.S. comparison illustrates a point

David Ebbinghouse’s graffiti art in Ballantine Hall depicts two swastikas as a way of questioning the validity of our present “democracy.” Lindsey Krantz asks “Is the U.S. government currently planning the extinction of an entire religious group?”

I’ve heard this argument before – if we’re not killing Jews, then don’t say Nazi. I wonder if Krantz learned anything else in world history about the Nazi socialist/fascist regime other than what she saw in “Schindler’s List.”

It wouldn’t hurt to pay attention to some of the bills being passed in Congress and proposals by the Chief and ask, what did Hitler do?
