We can stop climate change

We have known about global warming for years now, and yet we have failed to properly address the solutions to the problem. I support the simple and effective platform 1Sky has proposed that could solve both the global climate change and the economic crisis.

The solutions include reducing global warming pollution by at least 25 percent by 2020 and 80 percent by 2050, creating 5 million green jobs and stopping investment in coal-fired power plants. This platform is just the beginning of what could change our country into leaders on preventing global climate change.

The magnitude of the problem we have is enormous, and we need solutions that match the enormity. I believe we as a country can work to prevent the worst effects of global climate change that are yet to come. We are strong and smart, and we have all of the resources we need to combat one of the worst problems to hit the planet in centuries.
