Justin P. Hill needs to stop trying to be the moral compass for IU.
I don’t agree that John Edwards is the lowest form of a human being. Murderers, rapists and child molesters are worse than someone who cheats on his wife.
What I find shocking is the chairman of the Students for John McCain group thinks that John McCain is the lowest form of a human being.
McCain’s first wife was in a car accident that left her seriously handicapped.
McCain admittedly had extra-marital affairs when he came back from Vietnam. He asked for a divorce in 1980, but met Cindy McCain in 1979.
John McCain left his physically impaired first wife for someone that is 18 years younger than him and is the heiress to a beer distribution company worth $100 million.
By Hill’s own standard, he must feel that McCain is a terrible human being.
I think that Mr. Hill is suffering from a major case of partisanship.
Let’s say that John McCain was being paid to come here to give a speech. Do you think that Mr. Hill would write a column in the newspaper condemning the Union Board and the College Republicans?
