Excise violations were found at one bar, four food establishments and a bowling alley in Bloomington on July 17.
One man was arrested for furnishing alcohol to minors at Classic Lanes, 1421 N. Willis Drive, after excise police found two minors in possession of beer. Classic Lanes was issued a warning for two counts of furnishing or providing an alcoholic beverage to a minor.
Jake’s Nightclub, which was previously cited for fire code violations in April and for falsifying records and three other related permit violations in June, was cited both for one employee working without an alcoholic beverage permit and for not having records of permits.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 1350 W. Bloomfield Road, was cited for multiple counts of employees working without alcoholic beverage permits, not having records of permits and a manager working without having completed a manager’s questionnaire.
Deangelo’s Pizzeria, 2620 E. Third St., was cited for one count of an employee working without an alcoholic beverage permit, not having records of permits and a manager working without having completed a manager’s questionnaire.
Cheeseburger in Paradise, 2550 E. Third St., was cited for two counts of employees working without alcoholic beverage permits.
Red Lobster, 2617 E. Third St., was cited for one count of an employee working without an alcoholic beverage permit and for not having records of permits.
