ESTONIA SCHOOL REFORM

First graders prepare for the start of classes Saturday at the Russian-speaking School No. 53 in the Estonian capital Tallinn. For the first time, senior high schools catering to the Baltic nation’s Russian-speakers are required to teach at least one subject in Estonian.
