Individualized major students create 'revival' dance series\nSix IU students in the Individualized Major Program will hold a modern dance serietitlted "Revival, A Rebirth of dance," a final project which they have been working on all year. The show starts at 8 p.m. Friday and 3 and 8 p.m. Saturday. Friday's show will be held at the John Waldron Arts Center at 122 S. Walnut, and Saturday's shows will be at the Willkie Quad Auditorium. Admission is free to all shows. Each concert is choreographed by different producers. Selena Watkins and Sarah Wilkins produced Friday's show, Brittany Snyder and Erin Pritchard produced the 3 p.m. Saturday show, Laya Barak and Megan Bowton produced the 8 p.m. Saturday show, so the three shows will not be the same. This is the first group of dancers to form their own dance performance major through the IMP.

Banff Mountain Film Fest makes stop at the Buskirk\nThe Banff Mountain Film Festival allows individuals to experience scenic views, extreme climbs and incredible cinematography. The Festival will make a stop in Bloomington at 7 p.m. Friday at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater at 114 E. Kirkwood Ave. General admission is $8 and $3 with a valid IUB ID. \nFounded in 1976, the Banff Mountain Film Festival has become an annual international film competition with approximately 300 films featuring footage on mountain subjects. Hilfiger to visit Indianapolis\nINDIANAPOLIS -- Tommy Hilfiger has developed a new line that does not include khakis. The collection will be a little more expensive than the original Tommy collection because of the fabric, quality and the attention paid to detail. He is keeping his original line but has recognized the need for more than khakis and jeans. The designer is using ads with Iman and David Bowie dressed in pinstripe suits and button downs as a part of his campaign for "H Hilfiger." Hilfiger will be introducing the new line at 6 p.m. Friday at Lazarus-Macy's in Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis. As a part of the event, he will be talking to customers and signing autographs. Latin American Music Competition at IU\nIn celebration of the 85th birthday of Juan Orrego-Salas, Latin American Music Center founder and first director of the LAMC, and the Spanish Resource Center will host the seventh annual competition in the performance of music from Spain and Latin America.The competition will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday April 4 in Recital Hall. The LAMC will honor its founder's vision and creativity with a special prize for the best performance of his music. The prizes include cash rewards as well as recording and performance opportunites.
