Two IU students were arrested early yesterday morning for assaulting another student at Briscoe Quad, according to the IU Police Department.\nAround 2 a.m. junior James Trinka called IUPD to report he had been punched in the face while driving past the dorm. \nIUPD Lt. IUPD transported Trinka to the scene where he identified all four subjects as his assailants.\nFreshman Jason Allardt was arrested on charges of battery, illegal possession and consumption of alcohol, public intoxication and two counts of false identification.\nFreshman Thomas Neata was also arrested on charges of battery, public intoxication and illegal possession and consumption of alcohol.\nThe other two students, freshman Drew Blazic and freshman Seth Brown were arrested for public intoxication.\nMinger said all four students were transported to the Monroe County Jail.
