Joe Andrew visits IU for campaign stop

Joe Andrew, Democratic candidate for governor of Indiana, spoke at the Indiana Memorial Union, Tuesday. He registered voters at the Common Literature Desk before speaking in the Walnut Room.\nAndrew is the former chairman of the Democratic National Committee, the top party official in the country. He has also served as national chairman of the Democratic National Committee and has spearheaded successful campaigns for Evan Bayh and Frank O'Bannon.\nAlong the campaign trail, Andrew named Bren Simon, wife of the Indiana Pacers co-owner, as his lieutenant governor candidate.
