Forget Marge - now meet Jessica, the spoiled Simpson

Ah, so a new marriage begins for celebrity couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. In this new reality show, MTV strives to show viewers what it's like when a young couple first gets married and then lives together for the first time, all the while maintaining their celebrity status and, of course, love for one another. MTV succeeds in showing what it's like to be rich, famous and in love.\nWith "Newlyweds," the entertainment value didn't seem so pleasing with boy band member Lachey and pop princess Simpson. But, au contraire! MTV has found this seemingly boring couple and made them the newest sensation on MTV since "The Osbournes." \nThe first episode shows viewers some footage from their wedding and introduces us to Drew, Lachey's brother and former band mate, and Simpson's parents. The first episode also introduces viewers to a very spoiled Simpson, who refuses to do laundry simply because she hates folding clothes. \nOh, but it gets better. In the two episodes following, we learn that Simpson also hates to move furniture, cook, clean, go camping, golf ... and the list goes on. During a camping trip with Drew and his wife, Simpson repeatedly burps unapologetically and complains of bears, bees and how her body hurts when she walks a four-mile trail. She even takes out her Louis Vuitton Murakami Alma bag at the campsite where she then files her nails like a spoiled Beverly Hills high school kid. \nAt one point, Lachey whispers to his brother that he has a five-year plan to rid her of her spoiled behavior. Good luck, Lachey. But for now, let's just see how she acts in the next episode.
