June 28\n• Non-student Timothy Rairdon II, 19, resident of East Miller Drive, was arrested and transported to Monroe County Jail for possession of paraphernalia, reckless paraphernalia, public intoxication and illegal consumption.\n• Non-student Jamie Goen, 18, resident of West State Road 48, was arrested and transported to Monroe County Jail for public intoxication, illegal consumption and possession of paraphernalia.\n• Non-student Melissa Hammell, 25, resident of Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested and transported to Monroe County Jail for public intoxication.\n• Non-student Richard Mollette, 46, was arrested and transported to Monroe County Jail for public intoxication.\n• A trash dumpster was on fire in the 700 block of East Seventh Street. It was extinguished by Bloomington Fire Department with no damage.
