Harding, 42, resident of Bloomington, was arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine as a result of a vehicle stop on East 10th Street east of Walnut Grove Street.\n• Professor Chris Saporita reported the theft of a laptop computer from the northeast corner of East 10th Street and Union Street. Estimated loss is $2,500.\nJan. 31\n• An employee reported damage to and theft from a vehicle parked in the Atwater Garage. The registered owner, Kelly C. Ratcliffe, resident of East Third Street, was contacted. Estimated loss is $3,500.\n• Graduate student Jennifer Cash reported a theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the Atwater Garage. Estimated loss is $600.\n• Senior Sarah Shaw reported the theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the Atwater Garage. Estimated loss is $600.\n• Sophomore Kenneth I. Witt, 19, was arrested at 1640 North Jordan Ave. for maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in a Schedule I drug, dealing in a Schedule II drug, reckless possession of paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I and II drug. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail.\n• Junior Bradley A. Wolkowitz, 20, was arrested at 1640 North Jordan Ave. for maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in a Schedule I drug, dealing in a Schedule II drug, reckless possession of paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I and II drug. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail.\nFeb. 1\n• Junior Ryan W. Waldron, 20, resident of Amaryllis Drive, was cited for illegal consumption at 11th and Grant streets.\n• Junior Angela K. Rhodes, 20, resident of South Grant Street, was cited for illegal consumption at 11th and Grant streets.\n• Junior Matthew P. Diemer, 20, resident of South Dunn Street, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct at Kirkwood Avenue and Dunn Street.\n• A male student reported an assault that occurred at 3:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of North Jordan Avenue. The assailant was a 6-foot white male of muscular build with blue eyes and short brown hair and wearing no shirt. The complainant suffered a small abrasion to his right hand.\n• Sophomore Mark Lazarus reported the theft of his license plate from the Zeta Beta Tau parking lot.\n• Sophomore Jeffery Hasson reported the theft of his license plate from the Zeta Beta Tau parking lot.\n• Non-student Vickie Powell was cited for driving while suspended.\n• Non-student Justin Stockett was arrested for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Steven J. Pry was cited for possession of paraphernalia.\nFeb. 2\n• Freshman William T. Condon, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was arrested for illegal consumption and resisting law enforcement at Third Street and Indiana Avenue.\n• Sophomore Nicholas J. Svarczkopf, 20, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was arrested for false informing and illegal consumption on North Dunn Street.\n• Sophomore Lindsay M. Smarker, 20, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was arrested for escape, illegal consumption and public intoxication on North Dunn Street.\n• Freshman Gregory M. Kern, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was arrested for illegal consumption at McNutt-Crone.\n• Freshman Kevin S. Malone, resident of Briscoe Quad, reported the theft of a digital camera and accessories from his room. Estimated loss is $400.
