The Neal-Marshall Education Center will hold its annual Neal-Marshall Lecture in Public Policy at 2 p.m. today in the building's Grand Hall. The topic for the lecture will be this year's legislative agenda for the Indiana Black Caucus.\nCaucus Chairman Rep. Gregory Porter, D-Indianapolis, will present the agenda items.
