7 IU women selected as Indy 500 festival princesses

The Indianapolis 500 Festival organization has selected seven IU women to be Festival princesses for 2003. They are Katherine Beyer, Faith Schooley, Aja Dunlap, Amanda Ferguson, Megan Richards, Lindsay Templeton and Gwyn Zawisza.\nThirty-three women in all were selected for the program.\nTo be eligible, candidates must be female, from Indiana, enrolled in a full-time Indiana college and between the ages of 19 and 25. \nCandidates are chosen for having exceptional poise and beauty, high-caliber people skills, altruism, maturity, energy and a great sense of humor.
