Investigators said Friday they were looking for the drivers and passengers of two vehicles who might have information about missing IU student Jill Behrman.\nFBI agent Gary Dunn said investigators continue to believe that Jill Behrman was hit by a pickup truck, driven by someone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, while she was riding her bike near Bloomington on May 31, 2000 and that her body was dumped in southern Monroe County's Salt Creek.\nThe first vehicle being sought was described as a late model, two-door, light colored or white convertible believed to have been driven in Bloomington about the time of Behrman's disappearance by a white male in his late teens or 20s with at least one woman in the car.\nThe second vehicle is a small or medium-sized, light colored, late-model sedan, believed to have been driven by a stocky white male with a white male passenger in the early morning hours of May 31.\nThis vehicle was driven to a rural location where two white women were picked up and taken to a Bloomington apartment.\nDivers have extensively searched the creek where Behrman was believed dumped, but have not found her body.\n"A series of interviews with individuals has provided specific information that is similar or identical in nature, and corroborates our original theory," Dunn said. "We are vitally interested in finding three vehicles and their drivers, owners and former occupants."\nDunn said that those people might not be directly involved in Behrman's disappearance.\nAnyone who may have information is asked to call the Bloomington police at (812) 349-3325 or the FBI's Bloomington office at (812)332-9275.
